Golden Anniversary Reunion
Greetings, classmates!
As we mark our golden anniversary reunion in October 2026, we celebrate not just 50 years since our graduation but also a shared legacy shaped by the Spirit of 1976. This milestone aligns beautifully with the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary, giving us a meaningful opportunity to honor history, community, and the enduring bonds that unite us.
This reunion is more than a gathering – it is something the Class of ’76 will etch in stone, creating cherished memories and treasured moments held forever in our hearts.
This newly revamped website contains essential information. We will update it periodically, so please bookmark this page and return often!

Q. Looks good! How do I sign up?
A. First and foremost, please fill out Form 1 and Form 2. If you have already done so, thank you! If you have not, please do so NOW! This will help with our planning, and allow our reunion memory book committee to put together the best memory book ever.
Registration will open sometime in February or March. We will let you know the exact date, as well as registration fees for class members and their guests.
After you register and pay, the Office of Alumni Relations will send you information about room reservations at the Kellogg Conference Hotel. DO NOT MAKE YOUR ROOM RESERVATIONS UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE REUNION. Please note that you are responsible for paying for your Kellogg Conference Hotel accommodations.
Q. What does my registration fee cover?
A. Your registration fee covers breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; admission to social and athletic events, class apparel and “swag,” our Saturday evening banquet, and our reunion memory book, which will be available in print or on a USB flash drive.
Q. I can’t come until Friday or Saturday. Can I still get my Alumni Emeriti Club medallion?
A. Unfortunately, no. Per Gallaudet University policy, you must be present at the Alumni Emeriti Club induction ceremony on Thursday afternoon.
Q. Must I stay at the Kellogg Conference Hotel?
A. We strongly recommend that you stay at the Kellogg Conference Hotel. If you choose to stay elsewhere, there are several hotels nearby. There are also AirBnB, Vrbo, and other short-term accommodations in the immediate vicinity.
Q. I have mobility issues. Can I rent a mobility scooter?
A. Yes, you can. We will provide information about mobility scooter rental.
Q. Will deafblind interpreting be available – close vision, tactile, or ProTactile?
A. Yes, we can help to arrange this if you give us advance notice.
